Product subscriptions (a shampoo every eight weeks) run through a subscription app that creates selling plans in Shopify. Atrium shows those plans without any theme setting: the moment a product has a selling plan, the product page offers it.
On the product page
Above the buy buttons, the Buy buttons block shows a purchase options group: One-time purchase, then each plan with its name and price. Choosing a plan updates the price shown, and the plan is added with the item. A product that requires a subscription shows only the plans.

In the cart
The cart drawer and the cart page show the plan name under the line item, so a guest can see which items recur before checkout. Line item discounts from the plan are shown on the line and in the totals.
Setting up plans
Install a subscription app from the Shopify App Store, create the plans there, and attach them to products. The app manages billing and renewals; the theme only shows what the app creates. Most apps also offer an app block for the product page with a richer plan picker; add it through Add block in the Product information section if you prefer it to the built-in group, and remove the built-in one by turning off the plans in the app for that product.
Memberships are different
Service memberships (a monthly blowout) are billed by your booking provider and presented with the Plans section, not with selling plans. Keep product subscriptions in Shopify and service memberships in Zenoti; the two never need to meet.
