Where to find service, category, membership and package IDs

Every Zenoti ID Atrium asks for is visible in the Webstore address bar. Here is where to look for each one.

Zenoti gives every center, service, category, membership and package a long identifier that looks like a1b2c3d4-0000-4000-8000-000000000001. Atrium needs those IDs to build booking links. You do not need admin access to Zenoti to find most of them: open your own Webstore in a browser and read the address bar.

Center ID

Open your Webstore and choose a location. The address becomes https://yourbrand.zenoti.com/webstoreNew/ followed by the center ID. Copy everything after webstoreNew/ up to the next ? or /.

Paste it into Default center ID under Theme settings → Booking, and into the Booking center ID field of that location's sections and blocks.

Service ID

In the Webstore, pick a location, then open a service so it is selected. The address gains ?serviceid= followed by the service ID. Copy the part after serviceid= and paste it into the service's Booking ID field with Link type set to Service.

Category ID

Open a category from the Webstore's category list. The address gains ?CategoryId= followed by the category ID. Paste it into the block's Booking ID field with Link type set to Category. Category links are the right choice for a services grid card, because they land the guest on the whole group rather than one service.

Membership ID

Open memberships in the Webstore and choose one. The address becomes /webstoreNew/sales/membership/ followed by the membership ID. Paste it into a Plan block's Booking ID with Link type Membership.

Package IDs

A series package (a bundle of the same service) is at /webstoreNew/sales/seriespackage/ followed by the ID; use Link type Series package. A day package (several services in one visit) is at /webstoreNew/sales/daypackage/{center}?daypackageid= followed by the ID; use Link type Day package.

If you cannot see an ID

  • Some Webstore setups keep the address unchanged behind a single-page flow. Open the service in a new tab (right-click, open link in new tab) and the full address appears.
  • Your Zenoti administrator can export services with their IDs from the Zenoti admin, and the same for memberships and packages. Ask for the export once and keep it with your theme notes.
  • IDs never change when you rename a service, so a list stays correct until a service is deleted.

Open the storefront, hover over a Book button and look at the address in the status bar, or right-click and copy the link. It should contain your booking address, a center and the ID you pasted. If it opens the booking home page instead of the service, the ID is blank or the Link type is wrong.
